- Appoint a Construction Manager CR 8.1
- Appoint a part-time or fulltime SACPCMP registered safety officer
- Monthly audits on sub-contractors to be done and rectifications actions closed out
- Receive Health & Safety specifications from Principle contractor
- Draft site- specific health & safety file to use on site
- Maintain health & safety file on site
- Close out audit actions as received from PC safety officer
